Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us at thejewelryoasiss@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your name, order number, order date, date received, product name, reason for the request, and photos (if applicable).

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition.
• Free of odors, stains, scratches, dents, or other damage.
• Free of signs of washing or alteration
• Returned with the original price/brand tag attached

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and inspection. If approved, the item must be shipped within 24 hours of approval. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Approved returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.

Items marked Final Sale/No Exchange or designated as non-returnable for health and safety reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.

Requests received after the 3-day window may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
